The staffs were very pleasant and friendly. Eason was excellent and he was very helpful, especially he speaks our language that really makes our travel a lot more easier. He helped us to make restaurant reservations, car rental……, it’s not the same without him. Greatly appreciated!!

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Food and service at the Club lounge was superb. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Staff at concierge was most helpful.

The rooms are extremely comfortable. Mine had a lovely soaking tub and great shower, and the amenities were top-class.

Location was perfect. Connected to the mall gives lots of convenience. Staff of Grand Hyatt, Malla and a french staff from the concierge also extremely helpful and try their best to solve our queries.

We really enjoyed the room, the hard pillows were great, loved the bathroom with shower/tub close to each other. bonus was the changing/ closet room - -very - very good. We've stayed at quite a few hotels in Japan, I believe this will be our favorite
