The windows may be opened upon request which makes guests’ experience all the greater. Shopping packages are easily left with Concierge and, upon return to the room, they await. The best thing, though, is Grand Hyatt Fukuoka’s ease in assisting guests with Post Office items. We can rely on Grand Hyatt to get our packages shipped even after checkout after ensuring proper fees are paid.

Excellent! It was my 1st experience with Grand Hyatt! Excellent customer service! All staffs are polite, courteous, helpful and thoughtful! The food in the club is excellent. I have enjoyed the meals so much! Room are comfortable and clean! Love the Spa, gym and health club facilities! Enjoyed my yoga and body maintenance classes! Instructors are excellent. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one!

The staff was incredibly helpful, whether early in the morning or late at night, always ready to meet our needs with genuine hospitality. They even surprised us with a birthday cake, making the stay extra special. The hotel is conveniently connected to the mall, offering a quick shortcut for shopping. I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be back. It was the best experience in Fukuoka!
